Do I have to log on to make a purchase ?

No, you can purchase any item and go to the checkout as a guest without setting up an account with PDB.

Can I change my order ?

When your order is placed, we begin to pack right away to ensure that you receive your package in a timely manner. What it means unfortunately is that you cannot cancel, change or amend your order. However your purchase can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the order date.

What carrier will you send my package on and what is the cost ?

We ship using Canada Post - Expedited Parcel Service and USPS in US using Priority Mail. For full information, please see Shipping

Can I track the package ?

Once the order is shipped an email confirmation with the tracking number will be send to the customer.

Do you ship internationally ?

We ship within Canada, continental US and Australia. Contact us if you require us to ship elsewhere, contact us at support@polkadotbra.ca

Do I have to pay the duty and brokerage if I am located in US ?

As it stands now, you will not have to pay any brokerage fees or duties. What you see in your shopping basket is what you pay.

Why shipping is not free ?

Shipping is never free. Someone has to pay for the service: either the seller or the buyer or both. We do no offer a free shipping, however we offer a discounted flat shipping fee of $9.95 on any order size within Canada and continental US.

I received an incorrect or faulty item.  What do I do now ?

If in the unlikely event that an item you have received is incorrect or faulty, we recommend you return the item at your earliest convenience. Just follow our Easy Return process. You will be provided with a prepaid shipping label.

The bra does not fit. Can I exchange it for a different size ?

You have 30 days from the purchase to exchange a bra for another size in the same style. Just follow our Easy Returns process.

Who pays the shipping fees on the exchange or on the return item ?

In the case of an exchange, a new item in the same style and colour will be shipped to you and you will be charged only a restocking fee of$5.95 CAD (the same fee applies to US and CAD customers).

In case of a return you will be responsible for paying the shipping fees, however a return label will be provided to you for your convenience.

How can I find the status of my refund ?

Once your return is received and inspected your refund will be processed and an email will be sent to you. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 days from receiving the item. You are more than welcome to check the status of your refund in the Easy Return section of our website.
