What is "Collect Polka Dot Points & Earn Rewards"?

This is our way of showing our appreciation. You’ll collect Polka Dot Points for activities on our site, like referrals and purchases. You can use them to earn discounts off purchases, so the more you collect the more you save.

Who can join?

Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled. It is free to join. You are automatically enrolled into our Classy Tier. Once you reach a certain level of spending you will automatically move to Sassy Tier, then to the Deluxe Tier. 

How do I earn Polka Dot Points?

You can earn Polka Dot Points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends, and making purchases. To see all the ways you can earn points click the *Collect Polka Dot Points* tab in the menu or Polka Dot Points.

How do I view my Polka Dot Points points balance?

Your balance is on every page in the pop up in the right corner (once logged in).

How do I know what tier I am in?

Your tier will be shown on your panel once you log in. You can find more information about tiers under tab *Tier*.

What is the difference between Classy, Sassy and Deluxe Tier?

When you move from tier to tier you will be able to collect Polka Dots faster and save more! 

How do I move between tiers?

You will be placed into a tier based on your total spending amount over the last 12 months. If you spent enough in a 12 month period to move up a tier, we will immediately move you up and let you know via an on-site notification. You will remain remain in that tier for a minimum of 12 months.Once you have been in a tier for 12 months, we will re-evaluate your total spending for the preceding 12 months and either keep you in the same tier or move you down.

Do my Polka Dots expire ? 

No, your Polka Dot Points do not expire.

How do I redeem my Polka Dot Points?

Select the tab called *Get Benefits & Rewards* or Polka Dot Points. Here you’ll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward. Redeem your points for a coupon which can then be applied during checkout.

Is there a limit to the number of Polka Dot Points I can earn?

No. Go ahead and earn as many points as you can!

What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?

* **Approved:** These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.

* **Pending:** These points are need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals. (There is 30 day grace period before your points become approved after a purchase is made. The grace period matches our 30 day return policy on purchased goods.)

* **Cancelled:** These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled).

What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?
Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.
Why did my account balance go down?

You or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.

I completed an activity but didn't earn Polka Dot Points!

It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points. Also you can check your history of collection and redemption in the Collect Polka Dots panel.

Can I use my Polka Dot Points during checkout?

You cannot use them directly. Please redeem your points for a coupon which can then be applied during checkout.

How do I leave the program?

If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We will unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.

What happens if I leave and decide to join again?

Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.
